Welcome to Znggo. Our goal is to provide a safe and trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers. This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds and returns are handled on the platform.
1. Overview
Znggo acts as a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. Payments are securely held by Znggo until the transaction is completed.
Buyers may request a refund if an item is not received or if the item received is significantly different from its listing description.
2. Eligible Refund Reasons
A buyer may be eligible for a refund if:
- The item was never shipped.
- The item was not delivered.
- The item received is significantly different from the listing description.
- The wrong item was sent.
- The item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging.
- Essential information about the item's condition was omitted from the listing.
3. Non-Eligible Refund Reasons
Refunds will generally not be approved for:
- Change of mind.
- Buyer no longer wants the item.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that were disclosed in the listing.
- Incorrect sizing when measurements were provided.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Issues reported after the order has been completed and funds have been released to the seller.
4. Refund Request Timeframe
Buyers must submit a refund request within 3 days of delivery.
If no issue is reported within this period, the transaction may be considered complete and payment may be released to the seller.
5. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund:
- Open the order in the Znggo app.
- Select Report an Issue.
- Provide a description of the problem.
- Upload supporting photos or evidence if applicable.
- Submit the request for review.
Our support team may request additional information before making a decision.
6. Return Requirements
If a return is approved:
- The buyer may be required to return the item to the seller.
- The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- Tracking information may be required.
- Failure to return the item when requested may result in the refund request being denied.
7. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the buyer's original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
- Shipping fees may or may not be refunded depending on the circumstances of the case.
8. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate item descriptions.
- Uploading clear and truthful photos.
- Shipping the correct item.
- Packaging items appropriately for shipment.
Failure to comply may result in refund approval, account restrictions, or other enforcement actions.
9. Dispute Resolution
If a buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement, Znggo reserves the right to review all available evidence and make a final decision regarding the outcome of the transaction.
Decisions will be made based on the information available at the time of review.
10. Abuse of the Refund System
Znggo may suspend or restrict accounts that:
- Submit fraudulent refund claims.
- Abuse buyer protection policies.
- Misrepresent item conditions.
- Engage in dishonest marketplace activity.
